Customizing your Replenishment Shipments:
With our BeyondClear Continuity Program you’re in complete control of your shipments. You can:
- Postpone your next shipment to a later date or put your shipments on hold
- Change the frequency of your shipments
- Change the products you receive in your next shipments
- Add products to your replenishment shipments

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the products back to us within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling), even if the bottles are empty. Please call us at 800.220.9910 to arrange for your return within 60 days. Upon receipt of the product(s), please allow us 7 business days to issue credit. We are not responsible for lost shipments and all shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Here’s how it works:
- Call Customer Care to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (”RMA“) number at 800.220.9910 Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM EST, Saturday 8AM-6PM EST.
- Package your original receipt along with the RMA number and unused portion of the products.
- To receive a refund, the products must be shipped within seven days of obtaining your RMA to:

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. This insures you have a record of your shipment and guarantees you will receive a full refund. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
We will refund your credit card within seven days of receiving the empty or unused products.
Keep the receipt until the refund appears on your credit card statement. These receipts are your proof of return and act as your ‘insurance policy’ in that it guarantees you will receive a refund, even if the products are lost in the mail.
To cancel an order call us toll free during normal business hours. If your order has already been shipped, you can return your products for a full refund within 60 days of the ship date, less shipping and handling charges.

You may cancel your enrollment in our replenishment program at any time by calling us toll free during normal business hours.
